Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

AxisCare

If you are unable to clock in/out using the AxisCare app on your phone, you will need to call the toll-free number from the client's phone using the instructions below:

What you need to do:

1. Call: 1-844-701-1858

2. Press 1 for “clock-in” option, press 2 for “clock-out” option

3. Put in your Caregiver ID #: __________

AxisCare Server ID: 11858

Paper Timesheets

Download timesheet for exceptions & corrections. All timesheet corrections must be turned in every Monday by 12p. Caregiver & client signature required. Time runs from Sunday to Saturday. No corrections to time will be made if a paper timesheet is not turned in by due date. Paper timesheets may be turned into the office drop box or emailed to info@hendleehomecare.com

Orientation & training

Training Portal

As a member of our team you will have access to educational resources in the Employee Training Portal. Each month you will need to complete the required in-service training in the portal. You may also review training videos of skills commonly used when providing in-home care.
